A team of researchers in economics of animal health from the National Veterinary School of Toulouse (ENVT) and the Institute of Agronomic Research (INRAE) evaluated the costs and benefits associated with several Covid-19 management scenarios.
According to the study, the targeted containment strategy would be the least bad solution to preserve public health, the economy and the well-being of the population.
